Spaces: Four Barrel, San Francisco
To help you better explore spaces in San Francisco, we wanted to give you a closer look at various spaces we think are worth checking out. This series will revolve around dope bike shops, coffee shops, design/art studios and wherever we visit.
Take a look at our first space of the week: Four Barrel Coffee
Started in 2008 by Jeremy Tooker, Four Barrel Coffee opened on Valencia Street. The Portola spot was closer to home so we decided to visit there.
It's tucked away in a dead end behind a Subways of San Bruno Ave and that's how we like it.
Oh and did we mention there's a pretty cool neighborhood mural you can stare at when sipping your coffee? We thought it would be the perfect place to stop by for a quick pause in your day. Park your bike, grab a coffee, and enjoy being in the moment.
The space is made up of industrial details with exposed beams and wooden walls. Every detail, even down to the chair, brings a nice modern industrial look all together.
As for the coffee, we typically always get black coffee so we decided to try the house blend. Their coffee is badass.
