Cyclist of the Week: Marlon Hammes
Where did you grow up?
City: Blumenau
State: Santa Catarina

When did you get into cycling and why?
Early 2011, I was looking for a bike to use on my way to work and some friends showed me a fixed gear.
I felt a great desire to ride those bikes and become a part of that culture. Three months later, I bought my first fixed gear.
Where would you say is the best place to ride? Any Place you wanna visit?
Brazil is really hard to ride. The traffic is very violent and most drivers don't have proper education with cyclists.
Most of roads have potholes and are uneven. In my opinion, Switzerland should be one of the best places to ride. I took three trips there and it's wonderful.
I'd really love to visit France someday since it looks like wonderful place to ride.
